Research On The Development Of Trade In Services In Hebei Province

With the rapid development of economy,the global has transferred the competition field from goods trade areas to service trade areas.After entering the 21st century,trade in services in Hebei province obtaining certain development,but it overall level is relatively backward,and is still a big distance compare to other developed provinces in our country. Therefore, the government should from the reality of Hebei province; through by formulating relevant policy to promote the service trade development, it own important strategic significance.Firstly, this paper elaborated the basic concept of service trade, theoretical foundation of service trade and three kinds of measuring index about service trade competitiveness. Secondly, Based on the current situation of the development of the service industry in Hebei province, it analyzed the characteristics and the existing problems of trade in service in Hebei province. Then,it analyzed the influence factors of service trade from three aspects. The first level, macro analysis the affecting factors based on "diamond model", qualitative analysis and then quantitative analysis. The quantitative analysis is from Hebei GDP, service industry practitioners, the service total value, trade in goods and foreign investment in five aspects, empirical analysis the effect about export influence of service trade. And showed that foreign direct investment is the biggest influence to the service trade; the second levels, microscopic analysis the affecting factors from the point of view of the enterprise. Combined the competitiveness of the industry, the brand competitiveness and competitiveness of products with service trade competitiveness effectively; the third level, integrated analysis the factors, explore the breakthrough about the international competitiveness of Hebei service trade, find out the competitive advantage industry of service trade in Hebei province. Finally, the paper puts forward the general countermeasures and the departmental countermeasures in order to promote the service trade development in Hebei province. Eventually promote national economic keep in sustained growth.
