Under the impact of the current economic crisis, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition with the face of numerous domestic and international pressure. If enterprises want to survive, managers should not be confined to update and improve the management level of production technology, but should focus on organizational culture, which are gradually perceived by more and more business leaders. Innovational culture as one of organizational culture is also gradually attracted by people’s attention. Currently, we are actively working to promote the construction of an innovational country, which makes the importance of building innovational culture particularly prominent. Both business managers and academic researchers turn to the research of innovational culture. Many studies prove that there is a close relationship between innovational culture and organizational performance, but how innovational culture effects organizational performance to produce results, our research in this regard is still relatively scarce. In real life, because of people’s lack of a clear understanding of innovational culture, it becomes very difficult for enterprises to improve organizational performance by innovational culture, which hinders its greater role in management practice. In view of this, in this study, we use organizational learning as a mediating variable to study the mechanism of innovational culture on organizational performance, which can provide a reference for businesses to enhance organizational performance in building innovational culture.Firstly, we use the method of literature review to review the theory of innovational culture, organizational learning and organizational performance. On this basis, we create a theoretical model and put forward the corresponding assumptions. Then, we select146medical equipment industry-related companies for the survey to collect valid data through questionnaires. We use SPSS to have statistical analysis, the main methods are reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and so on. Finally, the main conclusions of the study are:innovational culture plays a positive role in promoting organizational performance; organizational learning, through sharing the vision and opening mind play an intermediary role in the relationship between innovational culture and organizational performance. This article has some innovation:break through the conventional factors of affecting organizational performance, and then choose innovational culture to study; introduce organizational learning as an intermediary variable to study by building model and put forward hypothesis; use SPSS skillfully for quantitative analysis. Throughout the study, although the author strives rigorous, because of the limited experience, the research is still not perfect and there are some shortcomings. So, there continues to be studied. Through this research, the author hopes it can provide some guidance for the enterprise to improve organizational performance by innovational culture, also hopes it can enrich and improve the relevant theory of innovational culture.
