In the analysis of organizations under different situations,the organizational culture has always been considered to be one of the important influencing factors.The influences of organizational culture on competitive advantage and performance have been research fields that scholars have dedicated for years.In order to obtain sustainable competitive advantage,not only should enterprises rely on product technology or process technology that easily being imitated,but also focus on the development of enterprise culture,particularly the development of the innovation culture,which can’t be imitated easily in the long term as well the short term,and it even promotes continuous innovation in enterprises,enhancing their own competitive advantage.In the national annual conference of enterprise culture in 2015,it has come up with the cultivation of innovation culture and the implementation of innovation-driven strategy.Under this background,there attracts great concern and attention to the research and construction of innovation culture in both academia and enterprises.In order to maintain the motive force of continuous development,enterprises need to continue to learn,improving their competitiveness through organizational learning.To make organizational learning as a mediator,the relationship between enterprise innovation culture and organizational performance is discussed in this paper,trying to carry out further analysis in the theoretical and empirical aspects of their relationship.Based on the previous research on enterprise innovation culture,organizational learning and organizational performance,the existent research achievements have been reviewed here,to develop research framework,present the conceptual model,and raise hypotheses on the relationship among enterprise innovation culture,organizational learning and organizational performance.The related data are collected through questionnaires,and they are analyzed by using SPSS 19.0,and finally hypotheses are tested.The following conclusions are drawn from the empirical research:the enterprise innovation culture has a significant positive effect on the organizational learning;organizational learning has a significant positive effect on organizational performance;enterprise innovation culture has a significant positive effect on organizational performance;organizational learning is partially mediating the relationship between enterprise innovation culture and organizational performance,especially the mediating effects of commitment to learning and shared vision.Based on conclusions of this paper,it can provide recommendations on establishing enterprise innovation culture and enhancing the organizational learning. |
