With the change of business environment and competitive pattern, the research on innovational culture is becoming more and more important. Many companies have been involved in managing innovational culture. But there is not any empirically conclusion which is about the effect between innovational culture and organizational performance based on domestic data at home and abroad. Videlicet, it is eyeless, to a certain extent, to sparkplug the working conception of innovational culture. Although lots of research implied that organizational learning should be the missing link of innovational culture and organizational performance, there is a lake of empirically examine about it. This paper amends and summarizes the measurement of innovational culture and organizational learning through integrating and analyzing the previous research. Hereby the research model and hypothesis are proposed. Based on the survey and interview in large scale and adopting SPSS and AMOS to build SEM, this paper enhances the previous research pattern which proposed a theoretical frame but didn't empirically examine the fact of companies. Not only the effect among independent variables is experiential analyzed but also the effect between independent variables and dependent variables is analyzed in detail. Furthermore, an advanced SEM based on the forgoing one is validated. At last, some conclusions are drawn and directions for future research are suggested.
