With the deepening of the concept of enterprise management, managers transfer their focus on more than technology and management method improvement. Corporate culture on enterprise development gradually been perceived by many scholars and managers. In recent years, the corporate culture, introduced from the West’s economic, combined with Chinese condition shows a unique characteristic. Meanwhile, innovation, as a consistent policy across the country, attacks enough attention inside enterprises and plays an active role in the development of the enterprise. Under these circumstances, the domestic academics and business managers give great attention on the construction of culture of innovation and research. At the same time, many scholars believe that organizational learning plays an intermediary role between the culture of innovation and enterprise performance. Unfortunately, there’s no further in-depth discussion and validation, which leads lack of theoretical guidance. In that case, business managers do not have a clear understanding of the corporate culture of innovation, and innovation culture on organizational performance impact mechanism.Based on this, we hope to develop research framework on the basis of the previous research on culture of innovation, organizational learning, and corporate performance. We will make the assume among the relationship of the culture of innovation, organizational learning and business performance, do business research to obtain first-hand data, and then use SPSS and LISIREL and other tools for data analysis, to verify assumptions. We concluded that a positive role in promoting a culture of innovation on business performance, organizational learning, through sharing vision and open mind on business performance forward role as an intermediary role.
