Innovation is not only the theme of organizational development, but also positiveorganizational culture soul. In the competitive environment, companies want to maintain acompetitive advantage to be successful, we need to innovate in all aspects of products, technologies,management and systems. According to the binary model Damanpour research, organizationalinnovation can be divided into technical innovation and management innovation.They are manyfactors impacting organizational innovation,including external environmental, relevant factors aswell as its interaction.The paper factors from within the organization-the perspective oforganizational culture starting to explore its influence on organizational innovation. Previously, alot of scholars have done many related study on organizational culture and organizationalinnovation.However, most of the study is only about a particular type of culture or takingorganization culture as a whole. Relatively speaking, is not a comprehensive study.In this paper, organizational culture uses Cameron&Quinn (1999) point of view, from twopairs of dimensions: flexibility and stability, concerns internal and external perspective.The cultureis divided into four types, namely, clan-based culture (clan), dynamic type culture (adhocracy),level-type culture (hierarchy) and market-oriented culture (market).We study its influence onorganizational innovation. Based on this,we use organizational learning as a mediating variable andtry to integrate the the variables into a theoretical model,and then explore its mechanism of action.Through empirical analysis results:(1)organizational culture will vary depending on the natureof company,industry tppe,company size and other factors.(2)organizational culture has influence onorganizational innovation, namely, clan-based culture has a significant positive effect onorganizational innovation, dynamic type of cultural has a significant positive effect onorganizational innovation, level-type culture has a significant negative impact on organizationalinnovation, the role of market-based culture has a significant positive effect on organizationalinnovation;(3)organizational learning and organizational innovation has influence,namely,organizational learning has a significant positive effect on technological innovation, organizationallearning has a significant positive effect on management innovation;(4)organizational learning playsa partial mediating role between organizational culture and organizational innovation.This studyextends the theory of organizational cultural, organizational learning and organizational innovation.Combined with relevant conclusions of this study,we make several recommendations.(1) Creating a good organizational culture to provide a good atmosphere for organizational innovation;(2)To builda learning organization, active in organizational learning, promoting organizational innovation;(3)Managers should encourage members of the organization to carry out organizational innovation.
