With the economic environment varying,organizations are paying more and more attention to the performance level.Performance evaluation can discern the deficiencies of the organization in order to make them up.Through continuously improving and updating,the organization can continue to grow.At the same time,organizational culture has gradually become the focus of the organization.Vibrant organizational culture can promote the progress of members.The ability of organizations to acquire information and knowledge determines the decision-making ability of organizations.Therefore,organizational learning cannot be replaced in the development of organizations.In the study of organizational learning,scholars have few studies on the factors that can affect organizational learning especially in a single or multicultural context.Therefore,the article sets the starting point from the perspective of organizational culture and organizational learning as well as their relationships with organizational performance.This article takes medium and large-sized enterprises as the research object,and conducts research and analysis on its organizational culture,organizational learning and organizational performance.The significance of this study is to deepen the organization's understanding of organizational culture and organizational learning,and to enhance organizational performance by fostering organizational learning in the context of organizational culture.The study first analyzes the connotations of organizational culture,organizational learning,and organizational performance,and then used scientific literature methods to integrate the literature of organizational culture,learning,and performance.This was the basis for the study of theoretical support and searching for entry points.Combined with the corresponding theoretical model and research hypothesis,a theoretical model for the object of this study was constructed.At the same time,this paper also makes the four dimensions of organizational culture and the three dimensions of organizational learning act on organizational performance,and further describes the relationship between each variable and dimensions.In conjunction with the above,this paper uses a mature scalethat has been tested several times to form a questionnaire and completes the data collection of organizational culture,organizational learning,and organizational performance.Later,this paper has obtained The relationship among organizational culture,learning,and organizational performance through empirical analysis.The organization's success has a lot to do with organizational culture.That organizations can quickly acquire and disseminate new knowledge and new technologies is also an important influencing factor.Organizational learning enables the organizations to grasp new information and new knowledge at all times in the business process,which helps to maintain dynamic capabilities,and contribute to the improvement of organizational performance.Organizational learning enables the organization to maintain its vitality,maintain its own competitiveness within a turbulent organizational environment,and create a good organizational culture atmosphere.
