Food is the basic material of human survival and development.In the threeelements of the food,safety is a priority standard when consumers choose foods.In recent years,in the case of food safety accidents,of which more than50%arecaused by food processing small workshops,because food producers are posted onthe top of the food chain,undertake the most important responsibility in the foodsafety problems,their behavior is directly related with food safety.This article take the food quality and safety of small workshops producerbehavior as the breakthrough point of the research,on the quality and safety of theproducers’s behavior based on the research of the related theory of Nan Yang foodprocessing small workshop.Through the questionnaire analysis,this paper concludes with the followingaspects,first,the quantity of small workshop is large,and the capacity of expandis poor;Lack of training and food quality and safety commissioner;Producers oflow degree of cognition;Vulnerable to the influence of the external environment.Second,food quality and safety of consumers of different determines the amount ofinformation cognition,producers will indirectly affect the quality and safety of thebehavior,lead to the phenomenon of information asymmetry.Finally,more smallquantity of food,sales,turmoil and government regulation is difficult,On foodquality and safety propaganda,enforcement is not enough.Through the conclusionput forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to foodquality and safety of small workshops producer behavior has a certain practicalsignificance....
