Food safety is related to people’s health and life safety, related to the harmonious and healthy development of national economy and society, related to the country and the government’s image. Food safety issues are increasingly becoming the focus of social attention.In general, The overall situation of food safety in our country is getting better and the functional departments of the regulatory levels continue to be improved, but the food safety accident still have occurred, constantly sting our nerves. So, improving the level of food safety supervision becomes an important task of government.In the current food supervision system of our country, there are many supervision loopholes and the huge risk of the food produced by the small workshop. Therefore, in the current situation, it is an urgent and important thing to strengthen the food supervision produced by the small workshops for improving food quality and safety in the field. In this paper, taking Jianghai District, Jiangmen city as a case, through the analysis for the food produced by the small workshops, we can find loopholes exist in the current supervision and management. Via the supervision existing problem of the root, we can gradually explore safety supervision of the small workshops food,providing reference and suggestions for promoting the supervision level for Jianghai district and other areas, thus to ensure and meet the need of the public’s growing food safety. In this paper, through a series of analysis, combined with the actual situation of food safety supervision in Jianghai District, the measures include as follow:first, build up the food market access system by the small workshops; second, develop the small workshops food safety supervision standards; third, improve the supervising coordination and evaluation mechanism; fourth, strengthen the examination level of small workshops food; fifth, promote the information construction of small workshops food; Sixth,strengthen the staff and budget of the supervision institution; seventh, develop the supervision power of the third-party; eighth, promote the credit system construction of small workshops food safety. |
