The Study Of Supervision On Food Small Workshops

Food safety is one of the most closely related to the livelihood of ordinary people's livelihood projects,If the frequent food safety issues,will seriously affect people's daily life,in the food supervision work,from production to source control,supervision has become a priority,and compared to the food production enterprises,supervision of food production and processing of small workshops have become increasingly prominent,to study its existence through the status quo of Yongan city food production in this paper,the problem of processing small workshops,food production and processing analysis to explore how to solve the difficult problem of small workshop supervision.In this paper,through literature research and investigation on the general situation of Yongan food production and processing of small workshops and the supervision of food workshops conducted the investigation and study,find out the small food production and processing workshop itself has less capital,poor production conditions,quality control ability is weak,poor quality of personnel and supervision departments weak regulatory difficult,low level of test problems and causes.Through the research and analysis of food workshops supervision measures and the food production and food processing small workshops to combine "mill combination" mode,the construction of small food production and processing workshop processing demonstration base,to further solve the food production and processing workshops at present predicament.
