Research On Quality And Safety Behavior Of Producers Of Food Small Workshop In Jiangsu Province

In recent years,with the increasing of people's living standard,people on food quality and safety have become increasingly demanding,however,food production,sales willfully false and harmful pollution problems,and events caused by violations of people's lives and health,the alarm continuously to the society,to food producers and government administration department on food safety problems.According to the results of the State Administration of quality supervision,food production and processing link is China's food quality and safety issues in many aspects,including food production and processing of small workshops the most prominent problem.In order to improve food safety and food workshops,must start from the source to rectify,and small producers as an important role in production and processing sectors,their behavior directly determines the quality of the food safety attributes.In this paper,the quality and safety behavior of small food workshops as the starting point of the study,taking the small food workshops in Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the quality and safety of food producers.Based on the related literature will determine the theory of planned behavior as the theoretical basis of this paper,and on this basis to further determine the factors affecting the quality and safety of producer behavior,in order to construct a related behavior of food quality and safety of the small producer theory analysis framework.Under the guidance of the analysis framework,the questionnaire was set up to collect and collate the data.In the process of empirical analysis mainly uses the SPASS software to run the data through factor analysis,Logit analysis and multiple linear regression method to analyze the related variables in regression analysis,finally draws the related factors and factors influence degree.The final conclusion of the study will help enterprises and government departments and industry associations to provide a scientific basis for rational decision making,provide some reasonable suggestions for Jiangsu province to formulate relevant management policies and food workshops.
