| According to Twelfth Five Year Plan objectives of CNCEC (Chinese Chemical Engineering Group Co., Ltd), CC7(subsidiary of CNCEC) is required to achieve the main business income of10billion above. However, the company’s existing human resources and financial resources cannot satisfy company development demand, in consideration of resolving conflict on the developing road of the company, it is quite a necessity to conduct this research.As the authors of this essay, also the project manager of project to be studied in this essay who has organized and led all project works, I will take this project as the background as well as the research object, analyzing and summarizing the good ideas and methods applied in this project---Economy Project (Annual1.2Million tons of Polyvinyl Chloride Resin; Annual One Million Tons of Ion-exchange-membrane Caustic Soda), Zhongtai Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd located in Fukang Industrial Park which is also company’s largest project current in implementation based on the understanding of the application of collaborative management mode during the project implementation.Firstly, this essay identifies the project management target and determines the project management mode. Secondly, this essay focuses on resolutions and its innovative method of the critical issues arising from the process management of Zhongtai chemical project, including project progress, project HSE management, project quality management, project financing, project contract and etc.Thirdly, this essay probes into the works involved in conducting project team developing and forging a combat-effective project management team.Finally, this essay makes summary of experiences and lessons gained in this project, and points out the deficiency of the research.Through research on this project cooperation/management mode, this essay not only accumulates experience on organization framework, operation mode, process management and other aspects for the implementation of contract project by large-scale construction enterprise project.but also provides the company with help reference and innovative practice for more projects in future. |
