Project organization and team to the success of the project played a very importantrole. Project organization specifies the source of project resources and effectiveconfiguration mode, and the construction and management of the project team is thesolution to the project human resource condensed into a fighting force problem. Due tothe characteristics of temporary, project unique, construction and management structure,operating mechanism and the project team project organization will be faced with manychallenges. While the sales activities in the process of enterprise development hasplayed a more and more important role, successful product must add the successfulsales, in order to enter the market. Put the project management into the versa salesmanagement activities become an important subject in the research of salesmanagement.In this paper, the research on the basis of analysis and research, mainly put forwardthe construction of the use of project management, marketing management theory,methods and tools of project oriented sales team, through the discussion of the teamconstruction pattern and method combined with the actual situation of the some systemsales project, through the use of construction process and methods the correctimplementation to sales team for S some system oriented. Writing a research papermainly from five aspects to carry on the research analysis, summarizes the status quowith the background and significance of the research of the domestic and foreignresearch and gives the research content, method and technical route; then the theory isreviewed, summarized summarized relevant theories of project oriented sales team; thenaccording to the pattern and the method of building the above theories of projectoriented sales team is discussed; then starting from the project management anglediscusses the organization and management of project oriented sales team; Finally,based on the working practice, to S the some system sales team building as an example,based on the project oriented market sales team in practice, put forward a projectoriented marketing model, team building and management mode; and finally comes tothe conclusion. In view of the current most fields of S also remain in the sales area, and that is notbeing more specification, system of product marketing case, writing research based onthe S the market characteristics of comparative analysis, pointed out that at present themarket operation mechanism and my team management problems, hoping to providemore reference value for other sales project construction of S within the team.
