Research On Project Team Building Of Large-sized Conference & Exhibition

Came to be known as “economic propelling booster”,the conference and exhibition activities have developed rapidly in chinese big and middle sized cities.The Organizer,official stand fitting contractor and hall owner undertake the main work of conference and exhibition,so that the relationship among three parties is crucial to successfully and duratively host conference and exhibition.Taking Shanghai's International Trade Fair for Solutions and Trends all about Retail as the example,the research of this thesis centers on the work of official stand fitting contractor of large-sized conference and exhibition activities.The research of thesis analyzes the features of large-sized conference and exhibition project team work and project management,and chases down difference between conference and exhibition project team management and traditional project team.Except this,about the issue of large-sized conference and exhibition project team construction,through personal experience and analysis,and under the research of management features of enterprise A,especially after analyzing function and meaning of team building to project management,this thesis proposes team circulating ring.This thesis follows the research thought of caring the question,analyzing the question,and proposing solution,the whole thesis is divided by five parts.The first and second parts are introduction and literature review.In the part of literature review,it analyzes not only the development history of conference and exhibition,but also theory supporting of project and project human resource management which lays foundation of posterior research;the third part proposes the concerning question,and takes the enterprise A as the example and instances issues in conference and exhibition project management as the subject of study,makes enterprise A's business in Shanghai's International Trade Fair for Solutions and Trends all about Retail as the example to illustrate existing problem of project management and leading result.The fourth part proposes solution and the fifth part includes conclusion and prospect.
