The Research On Team Building Of Project Management In JX Construction Engineering Enterprise

During the next National Twelfth Five-Year Plan period,China's real estate market booming,construction industry has gradually become a pillar industry of the national economy,to bring the rapid growth of China's GDP.But with the advent of the adjustment of economic structure and the problem of overcapacity,weak market and the government's macro-control plus domestic changing economic environment increases the risk of building management companies,the competition of construction companies are also increasing.To maintain the competitiveness of enterprises is an architectural problem every business must face in such a harsh market environment.This requires construction companies to raise the overall level of enterprise project management,and management of the project achieved by the project management team system,standardized and efficient whether or not are the key to the success of the project.So the project management team is to implement the fundamental guarantee of effective project management,an important role to improve project quality and efficiency of construction.JX Construction Engineering Enterprise is a Provincial large state-owned construction enterprises,business involves a number of fields.In recent years,due to the immaturity of the project management mechanism,so that enterprises have encountered many difficulties in project construction process,the direct impact on the development of the company to achieve its goals.In this paper,JX Construction Engineering Group Project team building as an example,through the competency model and team combine theory and practice,in the form of interviews and questionnaires,obtained the real situation JX Construction Engineering Group Project team building,and then SPSS software for statistical analysis,pointed JX Construction Engineering Group Corporation project team building the main problems that currently exist:(1)the lack of scientific and effective way to set up a project team;(2)the ability of team members to enhance the quality of urgent;(3)the project team lack of effective incentive mechanism;and(4)cultural construction and teamwork needs to be strengthened.Finally,improving the overall quality of the project team members,build high-performance team mode of operation,an effective incentive mechanism to improve project team put forward three countermeasures its project team building project team building to address emerging issues in this also it has a very important significance for reference to other construction companies building the project team.
