| Project management is the basis of management in electric power transmission and transformation enterprises,it is the source of economic benefits. With intensified competition in the market, the traditionally technology-oriented management of project is gradually unable to meet the needs of enterprise development, it is very important to establish a highly efficient and effectivly managed project team for electric power transmission and transformation enterprises From the practice of project management in recent years, we can see that many construction of the project teams did not achieve the desired goals. By summing up experiences and lessons of those enterprises, this paper intends to give some advices on construction of project team, and thus to improve its management.The essay is organized as follows:Firstly, the author introduces some theories concerned:organization theory, motivation theory, these theories are related to team-building, and will be guidances to study on team-building and management.Secondly, team building development in western and building of our team was analysed Thirdly, a study of a case shows the shortcomings on team building for electric power transmission and transformation project,and illustrates amendments to improve team building.Finally, the paper proposes some universally practical measures and principles about team-building,that might be a guidance for improving project management of those enterprises... |
