From ancient times to the present, no matter for social development or company development, manpower is always performed as the key driving force. Therefore, human resources are much more valuable than technical resources, material resources and other resources. And its importance is obvious. Regarding to human resource management, the establishment of performance, pay and benefits, career planning systems or mechanisms are all different methods for employee motivation and incentive. By carrying out a series of effective motivation methods, employees are expected to generate subject initiatives and therefore to produce maximum value for the company. Incentive mechanism has already become the core for human resources management, and it is the hot spot of many scholars’ researches.In recent years, with the tightening macro control of national real estate industry,features of this industry gradually changed from "capital-intensive" to "talent-intensive".Therefore human resources management has become increasingly obvious. The study object of this article is H Real Estate Company. According to the analysis of present personnel situation in the company, exploring problems regarding to the company’s employees motivation. Data will be collected through interviews, surveys, questionnaires and field researches. Thereafter, based on the statistical analysis of survey results and considering motivation theories from the respects of both material incentive and spiritual incentive, to establish abeneficial employee motivation mechanism for H Real Estate Company.The innovation of this paper is to make three independent parts including salary,performance and career planning logically connected to each other and orient them into an effective employee incentive mechanism. Among them, combining the character of real estate Enterprise multi-project operations performance management, and based on plan system designing performance appraisal programmer, establishing assessment index library.Performance evaluation of the results in a timely and effective application, ensure the realization of incentive effects. The result of this research will provide guidance for this company as well as other companies in the industry in terms of implementing employee incentive.
