| Facing the new context of high-quality economic development and macro-control policies strengthened by the government,real estate companies,as a pillar industry of the country’s economy,need to improve their employee motivation and enhance their core competitiveness more urgently.Therefore,greater demands are placed on the establishment and optimization of employee motivation systems which should be made by taking the current environment as well as the expectations of their employees into consideration.Z Real Estate Company faces the same challenges in this new context.In order to understand the shortcomings of Z’s employee motivation system and explore its improvement,based on a literature review,this paper has analyzed the current situation of Z’s employee motivation system by using questionnaires and conducting field interviews,and diagnosed its satisfaction level.The main problems focus on imperfect salary structure and welfare system,single feedback method of performance appraisal results,lack of job promotion and job exchange opportunities,lower expected training opportunities and training contents and lack of attention to corporate culture construction.Based on the aspects mentioned above,this paper has proposed specific and feasible improvement measures and guarantee schemes to solve these problems,which are aimed to promote the improvement of Z’s employee motivation system and provide a reference for other companies with the similar size and type. |
