With the intensification of the mature development of China’s real estate market and national macro-control policy on the real estate industry, the uncertainties facing the real estate enterprise development increasing number of enterprises to survive in this environment and development, we must havea correct understanding of the talent, to recognize outstanding talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises. How to build a scientific and effective incentive strategy to stimulate the potential of the company’s existing staff, improve work efficiency and retain the talented employees of the enterprise, and efforts to attract external talents to many companies face in the operational development of the key issues. At present, China’s small and medium-sized real estate companies for the implementation of motivational strategies are more dispersed, there is no targeted fragmentation, and understanding of the incentives is also more one-sided, multi-emphasis on material incentives, ignoring the spirit of the role of incentives.Paper to one of the Guangxi local private small and medium-sized real estate companies, for example, through the use of incentive theory in survey interviews and data analysis of the incentive situation of the company, to design a set of the Enterprise Development Characteristics and employee needsincentive strategy.The purpose is to meet the various needs of employees, enhance the overall quality of work of employees, to enable enterprises to better adapt to the fierce market competition, and promote lasting sustainable and healthy development.
