The Study On Employee Motivation Mechanism Ofdalian HH Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd

With the release of the state macro-control policies,real estate market faces a dull status and the competition is becoming fierce.At the same time,talent mobility in real estate companies has been increasing.The problems and the difficulties on attracting,cultivating,utilizing and preserving talents,faced by most real estate companies,are basically caused by the failure of employee motivation mechanism.Therefore,to effectively apply the motivation mechanism to preserve talents is the key task for real estate companies to survive and develop.The current study applied the modern theories for human resource management and employee motivation in the case study of Dalian HH real-estate developing Co.,Ltd.This study mainly analysed the execution status,effect and exemplification of the employee motivation mechanism in Dalian HH real-estate developing Co.,Ltd.Questionary survey was performed to investigate employees' satisfaction to the current employee motivation mechanism;further interview was also used to investigate the problems in the current mechanism.The results suggested series of problems in the current mechanism:for example,salary system was incomplete;employee train was delayed;performance evaluation was not scientific;employee career-planning system was incomplete;and company culture was fostered.Finally,detailed advices were proposed to optimize salary system,elevate employee training level,improve the performance evaluation system,enhance the management of employees' career planning and foster company culture.Dalian HH real-estate developing Co.,Ltd.is a fast rising mediate private real-estate company with the influential effect in Dalian city.Thus,the analysis of the employee motivation mechanism in this study is representative to the similar companies,and the current study can be broadly applied.
