Currently,the concentration of the real estate market rise increasingly,large Real Estate Company mergers and acquisitions activities become even more violent.CY group,as small and medium-sized real estate enterprises,how to survive in the cracks,seek differentiated competitive advantage,ensure the survival and development of enterprises becoming the problems to be solved.To achieve this goal,the development of human resources is the very importance for small and medium-sized enterprises.Further more,employee motivation is the core issue.For a long time,there are many deficiencies in CY group for employee motivation,whether it's salary or benefits,even corporate culture,all these aspects have large amount of problems.These problems reduce the overall satisfaction,and seriously affect the development of CY group,Hence,In this paper,I choose CY group employee motivation as the research object,attend to make breakthroughs in human resources,then provide impetus for the survival and development of CY group.This paper use empirical research methods,comprehensively comprehend the current situation of CY group employee motivation;based on the analysis of survey data,analysis the influence of compensation and benefits,performance management,training,employee career planning and corporate culture,by analyzing the data to find out the problems existing in the current staff motivation.Its main performance is low payment,monotonous benefits,lack of performance management,unperfect training system,unperfect career plan,and not formed cooperation culture.Based on the above research,this paper based on Eisenberg's two factor theory and the theory of justice of Adams,for all aspects of employee incentive effect,propose the optimization solution.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the program,to achieve the purpose of incentive optimization design,First of all,HR department need to apply for the budget of modification,and then get senior recognition through the office,then full participation in the implementation of high-level leadership.Next for the optimization of the program to develop a special implementation plan and strengthen supervision mechanism in the implementation process.Finally,in the process of implementation,the implementation effect should be evaluated dynamically,adjust the influential system process,guarantee The final effect of excitation scheme.
