Enterprise G ERP Implementation Problem And Solution Research

With the development of computer and network technology and modern management demand is increasingly day by day, the ERP project implementation become the focus of the small and medium-sized enterprise information in recent years. But as ERP is a complicated system, it involves enterprise management aspects, has big money, the implementation of the project cycle is long, etc, lead to the implementation of the risk factors for increased, many enterprise ERP implementation ended in failure.In this paper, based on the related theory of ERP, according to the theory of project management, risk management, time management, problem management, human resource management, business process reengineering and optimization on the basis of theoretical research at home and abroad to give us the enterprise ERP project implementation and the related theories of enterprise information planning management practice, and a large number of literature review, with G enterprise ERP project implementation as the research object, through detailed analysis, proposed the ERP project implementation process. And the influence factors in the process of ERP project implementation and risk control methods conducted in-depth analysis and research, the key factors to successful implementation of ERP projects are summarized and according to the project implementation stage is analyzed problems of each stage, and puts forward the solution. Hope this essay may provide some reference for the implementation of ERP projects in similar enterprises.
