With the coming of customer economy, the life of a product has become shorter andshorter. Facing with the going-on change, an enterprise has to take some prompt measures.In order to survive, it is the only choice for an enterprise to keep adjusting, updating ideasand absorbing advanced management methods. The Business Processing Re-engineer(BPR) based on processing can help many companies go out of their economy valley. If so,they can make much progress on many ways such as cost, quality, delivery and serviceand they can meet the special demand from customers and improve product value.Information technology helps to communicate, transit, and share inside or outside acompany. BPR includes internal and external part.There are five parts in this thesis. Taking an example of WSOT, the thesis studiesdeeply BPR based on Supply Chain Management (SCM) in both theory and practice. Itputs forward a bold conceive for middle-scale or small companies in their difficult livingenvironment. It is also a very reference to make up an operation strategic, upgrade corecompetitiveness and join international competes. Firstly, it introduces some studies onSCM and BPR from domestic and overseas specialists. They all emphasize that BPR iskey to develop continuously and insist customer is the center of BPR. Then, it introducesand analyzes the industry background of WSOT and its strategic and wish. Moreover, itstresses BPR is a good way to throw deficit away. Meanwhile, this thesis indicates theperformance evaluation of BPR should be considered at the angle of the whole supplychain system. The evaluation index must be overall. Finally, regarding the risk of BPR,the thesis provides some measures for WSOT to avoid from the risks.
