With the development of economy and technology, the traditional enterprise business operation mode couldn’t already satisfy the modern business operation environment. As the aggravating of the market competition, in the market competition business process management of enterprises occupies an important position. Challenging the traditional business process’s the business process reengineering BPR wave of modern enterprise business innovation and reform movement. And BPR Injects new vitality to the modern enterprise competition.AngangBaYuQuan branch is a fine building and melting a new type of modern management of medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. With heavy steel manufacturing industry in our country reform and innovation, it can grow rapidly. In recent years, due to the change of market competition environment and the technical innovation, the traditional business process lead to the company’s management chaos, increased cost, less competitive. Business process reengineering of the enterprises is the necessary road of the reform to the company’s steady development.From the basic situation of AngangBaYuQuan branch, the paper analyzes and discuss the company’s organization structure, material procurement, production management, goods transportation management, delivery management and product sales business management status and so on several aspects of the business situation. The paper uses literature retrieval, chart analysis, evaluation and so on many kinds of analysis method of in-depth investigation and analysis, and use the related statistical techniques, tools to provide data basis for improvements. On this basis, according to the principle of business process reengineering and steps to improve the existing organizational structure, introduce new technologies in the procurement process to save time and cost, in production management process and material transportation process for reasonable planning to the decrease of the intermediate links and increase profits for System,delivery process to establish a unified management of funds to increase transparency, and reduce the audit process and manipulation and join the information technology to the sales process to save time and expand the customer base. At the same time, in order to ensure the scheme effective implementation formulates the corresponding guarantee measures.
