Study On IT System Integration Project Risk Management Based On Standard Organization Business Process

With emerging concepts and new technologies like IOTs?Smart City?Cloud computing and Big Data begin to be applied gradually,IT systems integration industry is faced with new opportunities and challenges.As IT system integration company,in addition to the need of technology competence and business sense,it is more important to establish efficient project management system,and risk management is the very key part.But for most domestic IT company,the common problem is insufficient attention to risk management,the reason is because of the lack of effective combination with organization busniness process,therefore,risk mangement is difficult to be really carried on.This thesis will be based on background mentioned above,combining theory with practice,focusing on how to realize the project risk management with enterprise organization process effecitve combination,the main content include:(1)the characteristics of risk of IT system integration project management: through comparing with the traditional project,illustrate the characteristics of the IT system integration project in risk management and it's difficulty.(2)the total project life cycle risk management and enterprise process combination: detailed description of IT system integration project from the early stage of the marketing to prepare,to construction and operations at different phases,how to participate effectively in the role of different departments(3)the organization of project risk management system standardization: in order to ensure trisk management is practical,focus on the management of the key elements or process and standardize the specification,including the definition of organization structure,risk database,management tools,documentation and communication requirements,etc.(4)risk management project case study: analysis and validation project under the full cycle group process standardization of ascension and improve risk management performance.This thesis describes common problems of domestic IT industry system integration company in their risk management practice,provide the necessity and feasibility of combining of risk mangement with business process standardization,most examples are based on actual project accumulated experience and methods,it will be useful for improving the future similar project implementation success rate.
