System Integration Project Management Process Optimization Research

Under the background of the current rapid development of new information industry,information system integration project management level requirements gradually increase.This article through the analysis of X company's system integration project management status quo,find out the existing problems and analyze the causes of the problem,to the effect of project management as the starting point of quality management,schedule management the main process,scope management,communication management,the problems of centralized optimization including system using OPM3 Project management maturity model of the company's integrated project maturity were analyzed by RACI method in the process of clear roles and responsibilities,and establish a project management analysisThe relationship between the process and other processes,to formulate and measure indicators of project management definition,Establish PMO project management office,through the analysis and improvement of a series of project management process more clear,more rigorous,more clear,more in line with the requirements of the development of the company.Finally,in order to enable the optimization of project management process to implement,this article puts forward three measures:organization level,human resource level and the development of corporate strategy level of protection.
