Problems And Countermeasures Of Market Supervision Management Department Reform In County B Of Anhui Province

The reformation of the food and drug supervision system started since the 18th Chinese Communist Party Congress, especially in the first session of the Twelfth National People’s Congress.Anhui province starts the reformation in 2014.This article takes county B of Anhui province as an example to analyse the problems in the reformation,and try to give some suggestions based on the analysis and conclusion.The article is divided into five chapters:chapter one is general, introduction, mainly from the research background, purpose and significance of this article, literature review and research ideas and methods are introduced in this article; chapter two introduced concepts and basic theory research. Mainly introduces the basic concept of market regulation and market supervision functions. The basic theories are the theory of service-oriented government, big department system reform theory and supervision theory of the transformation of government functions;chapter three, the basic situation after the reform of market supervision department. Introduced from the aspects of organization structure, after the reform of the duties and reform achievements, problems and reason analysis;chapter four, existing in the primary market regulatory reform of institutions; chapter five, countermeasures to improve the level of market regulation.
