The Study Of Food And Drug Supervision Pattern Of The Basic-level Government Under The Reforms

In 2013,our government carried out a new round the super-ministry reform,which tries to reconfirm the supervision responsibility of the Food and Drug Safety Department,and aims to solve the problems in government decision-making system caused by multiple-leadership and overlapping.Based on IT technology,this reform makes efforts to assure the monitoring of the entire process of food and drug safety so as to guarantee the safety for people's food and drug using by integrating government's resources and redesigned the working procedures.After the reform,as the terminal of the policy reception,the forefront of the policy implementation,the number of supervisors,supervising abilities as well as the public participation will make great difference to the efficiency of the supervising.Nowadays,it becomes an important issue that how to enhance the supervision model,how to improve working efficiency,and how to get more people involved in.The study,applies the theory of Holistic Public Governance,with the methods of documentary,comparative analysis and case analysis,to make a contrast between the situation before the reform,and that after the reform,which can help us to dig out the problems in the supervision department as well as the restrictions in the roots in Tianjin.The study is to perfect the supervision system of the food and drug safety and aroused the enthusiasm of supervisors so as to ensure the food and drug safety for people.
