With Chinese reform and opening up and the advancement of global economicintegration, the international enterprise’s market competition is becoming increasinglyfierce. Chinese enterprises to seek survival and development must continue to enhancetechnology, talent and management level. Twenty-first Century, the human entered a newera of knowledge dominated, the level of human resource management reflects the level ofcompetition in the market of an enterprise. A set of scientific and reasonable performanceappraisal system can maximize the effectiveness of each employee, make the enterprisemore competitive advantage. Performance management has become a hot topic in modernhuman resources management. more and more domestic scholars and enterprises pay moreand more attention about how to make the human resource performance evaluation systembetter which comes from the West. Researching and Analysising on Chinese current humanresources status of performance appraisal and offering advice and suggestions haveimportant practical significance to the enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the current performance appraisalmanagement system of Green Paul photovoltaic enterprise.,I want to know the satisfactionof current performance appraisal and examination results and effectiveness by combingwith questionnaires, interviews and other forms. I will sort out the theory basis ofperformance appraisal system, all kinds of evaluation methods and research status ofperformance appraisal system of foreign and domestic scholars and enterprises, and i willbriefly analysis the existing problems and the reasons in the use of performance appraisalsystem. The paper written here is as the performance appraisal system of Green Paulphotovoltaic enterprise for an example which aiming at combining with enterprise’sproperties, characteristics of employees and enterprise’s strategy of future,researching thecurrent performance appraisal system, finding out the problems and reasons by combiningwith the theory of performance appraisal and the advanced experience of domestic andforeign enterprises, puting forward the improvement measures, finally, improving theperformance management level of Green Paul photovoltaic enterprise. Also,I hope toprovide reference to other related enterprises which are using performance appraisalsystem.
