The article analyses the method of performance evaluation used in all types of enterprise and goes deep into the analysis of the problem existed in knowledge worker performance method.Then the brings up the importance of building rational performance evaluation system of knowledge worker.Aiming at the problem of knowledge worker performance evaluation,this article puts forward the idea of establishing a knowledge-based evaluation system for employees of two grade,that is implementing performance with knowledge team and staff at different levels.At the same time,the article present the reinforcement of process control and performance aiming at the trait of knowledge worker and on basis of this,refines the performance evaluation index of knowledge worker by structural equation. |
