With the continuous impact of Internet and artificial intelligence for the global economic and social rapid development,the operation and management of enterprises are also being changed by Internet thinking.With the e-commerce enterprise fast development,such as Jing dong,T mall,Amazon,the Internet are profoundly changing the relations between enterprises and enterprises,enterprises and consumers,enterprise structure and the relations of the internal staff.It make the operational efficiency,profit creating points and internal structure system keep changing.As a result,the enterprise must make positive response to these changes in the operation and management mode.The theoretical research and the field investigation method are adopted to conduct the study in this thesis.At first,the research background,significance,the research situation of the performance appraisal system at home and abroad are introduced.And the main research methods and innovation points are described.Then,the performance management and performance appraisal methods are introduced to provides a theoretical basis for further research.Thirdly,the characteristics of the operation and management mode of the internet companie are expounded.This paper analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal of internet company operation center and the problems existing in the performance appraisal system of C Company,such as unclear main body,unreasonable assessment index and unscientific score,which lays the foundation for the design of the new performance appraisal system below.Fourth,according to the strategic direction of the company's development and the actual situation,tease out the principles and ideas of establishing the performance appraisal system of the operation center.the OKR performance appraisal system is designed from the conditions,content and weight design of the system.Finally,the implementation and safeguard measures of performance appraisal system are put forward.According to the characteristics of Internet operation and the strategic development needs of the company,the evaluation index and design scheme of OKR performance appraisal are established to promote the company to achieve its strategic goal,improve internal management and staff performance.
