Parents are the first teachers of their children,and their role of children education is far more important than that of society and school.However,many parents feel great pressure when raising their children,because they are not familiar with their responsibilities and roles,do not understand the physical and mental development of their children,and are seriously short of active and efficient communication methods with the children.Social work,as a professional activity dedicated to helping the needy groups solve the difficulties in their life and work,has noticed the parents' need for parenting education,and has proposed some corresponding intervention measures.As one of the most important professional methods of social work,group work can help the team members correct their behaviors and solve problems by empowering members,linking cooperative resources,and restoring social functions,so as to realize self-identity and enhance social value.Group work has the effectiveness,compatibility and feasibility advantages in terms of intervention activity in the improvement of the parenting education ability of young children,and its professional advantages of service professionalism,clear goals,and diverse activities can help parents of early Children master the knowledge and skill of parent-child communication and other parenting practice,enhance their perceived self-efficacyand then aid them in assuming family responsibilities,being competent in the role of educators,and having close parent-child relationship.In order to find out the current situation of children's parent'ing education,this paper uses the form of questionnaire survey and consults 8 children's parents in the art troupe to evaluate the parents' demand for parenting education.Then,based on family system theory,cognitive behavior theory and empowerment theory,the parenting education promotion group is established.On the basis of the implementation process and effect evaluation,this paper reflects and summarizes the application of group work in promotion parenting education.According to this study,parents of children's families do have some problems in parenting education,such as confusion of educational meaning,ambiguity of roles and responsibilities,storage of parentsing educational knowledge and skills,lack of parents' educational methods and resources,which limit the improvement of parenting ability.Therefore,this study will plan the contenting service according to the patterns of physical and mental development of children.There are four processes in the process of cultivating and teaching parenting education: paying attention to the demonstration behavior of parenting education constructing the memory of the demonstration behavior of parenting education reproducing the demonstration behavior of parenting education strengthening the demonstration behavior of parenting education.Social workers can play the roles of organizer,educator and recorder in parenting education.With the intervention of group work,they can help the parent change the concept of parenting education,expand the social network and improve the ability of parenting education.
