The coal industry plays an important role in China's economic development,in recent years, with the constantly improve of level of safety management of the coal industry and their quality of miners, coal mine safety management and production safety situation has improved to a certain extent. But the staff safety condition of coal mine enterprises is still very serious,a lot of statistics at home and abroad show that human error caused by the accident accidents accounted for more than 80% of the total, under the poor conditions, the miners' mental pressure is far more than ordinary people,so relatively more of the spiritual needs, when this demand is not appropriate to meet, the coal mine underground staff happiness will continue to decrease, which affects the safe operation. Therefore,it is necessary to study the relationship between subjective well-being and unsafe behavior, and to provide the basis for improving the efficiency of coal mine safety production.Based on the domestic and foreign relevant theory of subjective well-being on carding, extracted three dimensions of subjective well-being(including positive emotion, negative emotion and lifesatisfaction),yechuan coal mine employees in Shanxi Jinneng group as the research object, analyzing the relationship between subjective index of happiness sense and unsafe behavior.Put forward the hypothesis, this paper builds a conceptual model and unsafe behavior of miners subjective well-being,through empirical analysis to verify and interpret the model, get the miners' subjective well-being and unsafe behavior is related to the conclusion.Through the questionnaire survey method to collect data, and use SPSS23.0 to test and revise the questionnaire;using the method of single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis to test the conceptual model, the final model of the unsafe behavior of miners' subjective well-being is confirmed. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between subjective well-being and unsafe behavior, and the correlation coefficient was-0.224.The positive emotion and unsafe behavior have significant negative correlation, the correlation coefficient is-272;there is a significant positive correlation between negative emotion and unsafe behavior, the correlation coefficient is 0.608;there is a significant negative correlation dimensions between life satisfaction and unsafe behavior, the correlation coefficient is-0.526.The basic demographic characteristics(age, length of service, educational level and marital status)had significant differences in the dimensions of subjective well-being and unsafe behavior. Finally, combined with the research results, put forwardthe psychological intervention of subjective well-being of the miners, the coal mine enterprise management should implement the employee assistance program to enhance the subjective well-being of the mine workers, strengthen the building of enterprise culture to form a strong atmosphere of safety, pay attention to mental health of miners to organize relevant education and training, and establish a reasonable salary system and job rotation system that happened to effectively control and reduce the unsafe behavior.
