With today’s trend of globalization and internationalization getting clearer. Human capital has been the base of an enterprise’s ability in competition. Human resources management is facing the biggest challenge is how to meet the company’s strategic objectives and requirements to provide a range of management services. Clear corporate strategic planning is to protect the company in the right direction cornerstone of the development. The protection of corporate strategic objectives can be implemented into practice, companies need a great effort. And now the practice in human resource management, performance management has recognized the role of human resources management, performance management also recognized the strategic objectives in practice the position. It is a useful tool to achieve an enterprise’s strategic targets, and an effective method to enhance employees’ performance.The first chapter and the second chapter is a theoretical study, the third chapter introduces the subject of this study, Henan PICC Life Insurance company profile and status of call center performance management, and has done a detailed analysis of the problems pointed out. In the fourth chapter of the department to optimize program performance.Performance management scheme design including the design aim, principle and application object, then according to the actual conditions of our call center subdivide performance management main body, and the corresponding measures are put forward from three aspects of performance planning, performance appraisal, performance improvement.Determine the solution in the performance management theory and practice, the sixth chapter concludes.
