Research On FY Company Management Performance Management Optimization Strategy

Performance Management of Administrators has always been the hotspot of management science research and has been the key point of business management;it is also the difficult point of human resource management.Along with the world economy downward,more and more enterprises are facing complex internal and external economic environment.In the process of transforming to flat organization,FY Company has encountered such problems as "external market shrinking,sales decline,leaving the core of the team,internal contradictions and other issues".By using data analysis based on the network survey and panel discussion aiming at the above problems,we got to know the reasons for these problems in FY Company are the lack of philosophy system defects,driving force and management platform and management culture.The least satisfied problems in FY Company performance management are listed as below:construction of performance management index system,application of performance results and construction of salary system,growth and development of employee.We proposed that performance management optimization strategy is to import "people-oriented" concept of performance management to inspire potential,to establish" the influence of organizational culture,self-leadership heart,to strengthen OKR management,performance management of coaching,the performance-based social network platform,to enhanced gravity,to enhance capacity,to improve power,to release the vitality.Based on the above ideas,in this article,we make the following conclusions:Performance management should import the "people-oriented"philosophy,reconstruct the management of individual cognition and thinking,actively carry out dialogue and inner self-representation to stimulate the potential of the executives and should apply "self-leadership" method,such as using OKR management methods to optimize the management staff perfonnance management system to release management vitality;should refine the "Boot incentive" to establish coaching performance management model to set the direct leadership at all levels of performance-coaching functions to improve management capability;should quantify the "result of applying" effective implementation of the salary management system reform to improve management of power;should strengthen the "communication counseling",such as building a new performance management platform based on modern social networks to implement the flat management,such as building a harmonious internal relations to enhance organization cohesion.Through the above-mentioned optimization strategies implemented for the FY company,we are sure to build a new performance management system for administrative staffs in FY company to adapt to the knowledge economy and the Internet era development,to adapt to the needs of personnel performance management so as to mobilize the enthusiasm,to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,to achieve the strategic objectives.
