As the continuous development of globalization and knowledge economic, human resources has become an effective means to strengthen and support the operation of enterprise. Performance management as a comprehensive management system can not only optimize human resources, but also can promote and ensure the landing of corporate strategy. HY company is a high-tech enterprises engaged in LED lighting technology and products, facing great pressure and challenges with the fierce competition in the industry, Therefore, we need set up a set of performance management system adapt to company development strategy to master the dynamic working status of company and employees, timely adjust working mechanism and methods and develop their potential and enthusiasm. Effective performance management system will be the main way.This paper set HY company as a research object, based on the collation and analysis of the domestic and foreign performance management theory, closely combined with the current development and future prospects of HY company, we make research and analysis on the original performance management system. Firstly, we use performance management satisfaction questionnaire to summarize and analyze the relevant problems and vulnerability of performance management. Secondly, based on the development strategy and focus on the actual performance management of HY company, we use the tools of balanced score card(BSC) and key performance index(KPI) to establish three levels index system,included the company level, department level, individual level, using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to make the weight design of the KPI. Finally, We improve the design of HY company performance management and supporting measures from five steps of performance plan, implementation guidance, appraise and evaluation, interview of performance feedback, application of evaluation results.Through the study of this paper, we have enhanced the design of performance management of HY company to make better application in management practices. Objective and fair performance evaluation Objective and fair performance evaluation and playing the role of performance incentive make the promotion of the company's overall performance and also maintain the competitive advantage in the industry.
