The master of management Jack Welch has said,“Any company who wants to win bycompetition must manage to make its employees engaged.” In recent years, the so-called newgeneration who born in1980s later gradually took to the society from school and rapidlydeveloped the backbone of the enterprise workforce. However, there is one condition for thenew generation of employees to give full play to their potential——the employee engagement.But before this we must find a scientific way to evaluate their employee engagement.Therefore, based on the formation mechanism and the influencing factors of the newgeneration of employees, this paper sets up an easy-to-operate evaluation model to managethe new generation of employees and to help enterprises continuously to obtain corecompetitiveness.This paper puts the new generation of employees as research subjects, uses AHP todetermine the weights of the evaluation index and aplies the multilevel extension evaluationmethod to the new generation of employees’ engagement evaluation model. Firstly on thebasis of soaking up the achievements made by our predecessors, according to thecharacteristics of the new generation of employees, expounds the formation mechanism of thenew generation of employees’ engagement, inspect and analyze the influencing factors of thenew generation of employees’ engagement from four aspects. Secondly, based on theinfluencing factors, we construct the new generation of employees’ engagement evaluationindex system. Based on AHP and questionnaires we can identify the weights of index, anddiscusses the evaluation process of the new generation of employees’ engagement withspecific cases. Lastly, after comprehensive analysis of the full text and research results, thispaper pointed out the ways to enhance the new generation of employees’engagement.
