With the development of economy, experts and scholars find that there is animportant relation beween employee engagement and enterprise performance. Employeeengagement has become an important research topic, people pay more and more attentionon it. Especially to the investors who are in charge of the enterprise which stays in thefierce competition. They want to know the way to motivate employees to work harderurgently. They also want to find how to encourage employees to create outstandingindividual performance, so that the overall performance of the enterprise will be promoted,and the competitiveness will become stronger and stronger.This paper based on summarizing the theory of the employee engagement, analyzedand reserched the effective ways to improve the employee engagement for the company-HX. Firstly, I makes a description on the researching context, significance and means ofthe paper. As the high engagement staff is cherished as a scarce resource right now,management wants to understand the company’s actual situation of the employeeengagement, in order to find the methods to improve it. Secondly, by analyzing data, I tryto understand the HX company’s actual situation of work incentives. According to thequestionnair, I make an effort to find out the main effect factors of employee engagement.Thirdly, I summarize the theories at home and abroad about employee engagement,analyze the feasibility of HX company’s employee engagement, in order to probe into themanaging countermeasures. Finally, after implementating the employee engagementproject, it is possible to predict that the employee engagement of HX company’s willimprove.
