Since the beginning of the 21st century, there are more and more The new generation working in different enterprises. However, unable to ultimately exert on their talents and creation becomes one of the reasons which lead to increasingly companies are facing the management problem of high turnover of The new generation. Also, this problem confuses the managers and draws the attention of the academic circle. Although they are often sought ways to improve employees'engagement, the results are not good. Therefore, the enterprises must make positive and correct efforts to encourage The new generation to complete their assignment effectively.The theme of this paper mainly focuses on the employee engagement of the New Generation employee, aiming to seek a series of effective measures to improve the performance and result of their work and develop their working potentials by conducting in-depth analysis of their employee engagement. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: firstly, conducting research in the relevant theories of the employee engagement and analyzing the growing background and values of the New Generation to find the similarities they share in common; secondly, taking the New Generation Employee in the GD Service Department of China Mobile as the objects of the study, inquiring in and elaborating the status quo of the employee engagement of such employees through Gallop Q12 to find out the reasons wherein; thirdly, considering such status and influential factors, proposing that the core to improve the employee engagement is to solving the two conflicts between the individuals and the institution, i.e. the realization of the individual and the target of the institution; multiplication of individuals and the homogenization of the institution, and also proposing the measures of"Concentrating Project"and"Directing Project"to solve such conflicts, elaborating in details the way to make such employees to concentrate on their work and how to direct them to enable the realization of the employees is consistent with and subject to the objects of the institution; lastly, summarizing the main contents and topics of this paper. Hopefully, the statistics and experience of this paper will provide the Chinese enterprises with the effective measures they may refer to in their future practice.
