The development of human society civilization always closely contact with science andtechnology. Science and technology have already become an important power to promote thedevelopment of world economy, especially with the rapid development of informationtechnology and economic globalization, advanced technology is at an unprecedented depthand breadth affecting the global economic structure, and promotes the rapid development ofworld economy. Technology innovation becomes the key factor for enterprise to maintainsustainable development, but any technological innovation has certain risk. So how to avoidthe risk and improve the market competition ability has strong practical significance. As theimportant backbone enterprises of China national petroleum corporation, Daqing oilfieldgains the long-term development in the fierce market competition, and really achieves thegoal of sustainable development effectively and creating oilfield in one hundred, it must be inthe process of implementation of enterprise technology innovation attaches importance to theexistence of the risk factors, to ensure the effectiveness of technological innovation in daqingoil field and rationality.Firstly, this article analyzes the theory of enterprise technology innovation and riskmanagement, and defines the concepts of oil company and petroleum enterprise technologyinnovation. Secondly, the article analyzes current situation of technological innovation ofDaqing oilfield, and identifies the existed risk. Again, according to the actual situation oftechnological innovation in Daqing oil field, and based on the basic principles of riskevaluation system, the article selects the typical technological innovation risk assessmentindicators, including7first grade assessment indicators, such as the technical risk, R&D risk,management risk, production risk, market risk, financial risk and environment risk, and20second grade assessment indicators, then determines the index weight, on the basis of thespecific steps, and makes a comprehensive evaluation.Finally, according to the specific resultsof Daqing oilfield technological innovation risk assessment, the article provides specific riskprevention measures.
