Whether at home or abroad, the IT industry has penetrated into all aspects of social life, which promotes both the developed and developing countries industrial restructuring and has great significance to continuously improve the quality of life of the general public. Project management as a scientific and effective management theory is liked by the majority of people of all ages. Project risk management process of transfer of patented technology is an important aspect of Its project management process.We carry out the following research from seven parts:In the first chapter, based on domestic and foreign patented transfer in the field of IT technology analysis, this study describes the background of research, the significance of research and study routes, methods.The second chapter introduces related knowledge of the field of information technology, patented technology transfer and project risk management and so on. This chapter focuses on risk identification, risk assessment methods and models.On the basis of previous research, the third chapter identifies risk factors of patented technology transfer project implementation process in the field of information technology. We carry out the classification of16major factors. In the conclusion, we get the five categories of risk factors.In the Chapter4, at first, we introduce principle and modeling steps of the gray analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and then use these two methods of risk analysis and assessment of IT patents in the field of technology transfer projects. Comparing the strengths and weaknesses of the two models, according to the results of the assessment of the two models, we integrate the final assessment program and factor risk sorting.The chapter5firstly explains the concepts, methods and steps of the risk response and risk control, and then combined with the conclusions of Chapter4and information of the project, we take the project risk monitoring, and propose feasible control measures.The Chapter â…¥ takes WIMAX key technologies in the field of communication technology for example; this paper applies the results of the risk management to a specific project. Finally, this chapter summary the research results and takes the prospect for the problems which still exist.Papers study patented technology transfer project in the field of information technology. Combined with relevant theories and methods of risk management, combined with case analysis of WiMAX key technology projects in the Communications technology, try to establish reasonable risk management system which suits for field of information technology and has its own characteristics. It also plays a certain reference to other enterprise technology patent transfer.
