Research On The Strategic Development Of Technological Innovation In Daqing Oil-field

Throughout the history of social development, science and technology have always been making a profound change to the advance of history, being the most revolutionary driving force for the progress of social civilization. In particular, in the 21st century, science and technology are making an impact on the modern economic structure at an unprecedented depth and scope, promoting the economic globalization fundamentally. The strategic study on technological innovation of enterprises is of important and practical significance for accelerating the technological progress as well as improving the social and economic benefits. Faced with this situation, it is implementing the strategy of technological innovation that is the most effective way, in which we enhance the capacity of technological innovation, stimulate the vitality of enterprises, and finally encourage enterprises to seek sustainable development, besides strengthening scientific management and increasing the ability of exploration and development. This paper, on the basis of in-depth analysis to the exploration and development, inspects and summarizes the actual situation of technological innovation in Daqing Oil-field. Also, it studies the current disadvantages on technological innovation incentives, scientific management and decision-making, and the system framework plus operational mechanism of technological innovation in Daqing Oil-field, and then the strategy of technological innovation along with strategic model. Against which, it provides such countermeasures as system framework of technological innovation, the strategy of technological portfolio, the strategy of technological development, the optimized allocation of technological resources, the incentive mechanism of technological innovation, enhancing the scientific management of technological innovation, improving the ability of technical innovation, and so on, all of which provide technical support for the sustainable development of Daqing Oil-field, and offer a safeguard for the establishment of a century oil-field and the safety of China's oil-gas industry.
