With the rapid development of China’s economy, China has been as the world’s second largest economy, as an important part of the economy, China’s enterprise competition is more and more fierce, which makes more and more enterprises realize the staff are an important prop for the enterprise’s forward development,which get more and more attention of the enterprise. In order to attract and retain employees, more and more companies start to pay more attention to the employee’s satisfaction.In this paper, at first do some reviewing and studying about present situation of the employee satisfaction, both from the domestic and foreign research, and its related research theory, and the evaluation methods.What’s more, according to factors theory, proposed five dimensions12factors which influence the degree of Shenzhen HD plating technology staff satisfaction and result in the questionnaire designing about the company employee satisfaction, and puts forward the six hypothesis. Then this paper is based on the questionnaire statistical results, the gender, age, different formal schooling records, different marital status, different length of the whole company is different and the comprehensive survey statistics, also according to the relative statistic result more in-depth analysis, and this paper proposed related assumptions on the further verification. The hypothesis is also the H1.H4.H5income with this hypothesis inconsistent conclusions have done a lot of more in-depth analysis and discussion, and obtained their views in this paper.Secondly, this paper is based on the investigation and find a member close satisfaction poor, into a more in-depth analysis, also puts forward the relevant situation according to the company operational stronger improvement measures, for Shenzhen HD plating technology co., LTD provides a feasible the further development of the policy. The survey design is a very strong pertinence, also be to all of the company’s a comprehensive survey, through this investigation for the company employees fully understand about the job satisfaction of real perception, further improvement for the development of the company to provide a theoretical basis and practical improvement method.Finally, in this paper, analyses of the research conclusion, characteristic and innovation points are summarized, also the related policy was discussed, and the result of the defects and the future research trend of bold anticipation and ardent expectations.
