With the constant development of our economy,talent competition has become the main battleground of the competition among enterprises.The stability and development of an enterprise rely on the integration of employee value and business goals,and continuously improvement employee satisfaction.Employee satisfaction is the premise of employee loyalty,only the staff is satisfied,will the labor efficiency increase,enthusiasm be high,and corporate profits and customer satisfaction be achieved.However,many enterprises,especially small and medium-sized private-owned enterprises,have not given enough attention to employee satisfaction at present,which is hard pressed to put forward effective and targeted employee management measures.TC is strategically located in the business district with high traffic volume in Shenfu New District.It is the only integrated city commercial center in the shopping district with a wide range of businesses including shopping,catering,entertainment,fitness and cinema.However,current separation rate of employee,especially service workers,is high,with unsatisfactory employee satisfaction.This will not only affect the viability of TC in fierce competition,but also have serious obstacles to its future development.Only if TC company Improves employee satisfaction in more efforts,can it enhance staff management and retain talent and enhance its competitiveness.This research systematically investigated the current employee satisfaction status of TC Company and put forward the corresponding promotion strategy accordingly.Based on the literature review,the questionnaire and the survey method are determined.The results of data analysis show that the overall satisfaction of employees in TC is general.Among the five dimensions of employee satisfaction,the scores of the subjects on growth and development are the highest,followed by the work itself,work groups and material returns;the lowest score is working conditions.In addition,if there are differences in the personal signs(gender,age,department,length of service,level of education,positions,etc.)of employees,employee satisfaction is also different.According to the result of data analysis,this research proposes the strategy of employee satisfaction improvement from the aspects of material return,work itself,work group,working conditions and growth and development.It will laid the foundation on establishing the employee management system and method,improving the salary management system,carrying out employee care plans,improving the working environment,carrying out employee career planning and other reform measures for TC company in the future.This has a certain reference.
