| With the economic globalization,the process of information technology to accelerate the rapid development of knowledge-based industries,traditional industries are facing organizational restructuring and product updates inevitable trend.For the modern enterprise management,the management of employee satisfaction has become an important content.Employees are the producers and service value creators of enterprise products.Human capital has become the most critical capital in the era of knowledge economy.Talent competition has become the core of enterprise competition.content.However,the domestic enterprises to pay attention to employee satisfaction survey is far less than foreign enterprises,survey methods are also a lot in the primary level.In recent years,some companies focus on employee satisfaction is not enough,resulting in the enthusiasm of the staff is not high,the loss of talent.To mobilize the enthusiasm of staff,retain talent,improve the competitiveness of enterprises,which requires employees to have a more satisfactory feeling in the work.Therefore,in this context,the study of employee satisfaction is particularly important.This paper investigates the employee satisfaction of SG company,hoping to find out the problems in the process of the staff through the research of this paper,and then improve the competitiveness of the employees by combining the corresponding problems.SG is one of the first 60-year-old large-scale integrated engineering companies engaged in petrochemical,chemical,pharmaceutical engineering design and general contracting.In this paper,SG company as the research object,through the study of the employee satisfaction understanding of the staff of the business views and attitudes.This paper begins with the collection and collation of employee satisfaction related literature,and understands the status quo and analysis methods of employee satisfaction at home and abroad.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper makes an empirical study on SG employee satisfaction and analyzes the factors that affect SG employee satisfaction.And puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve the satisfaction of SG employees.In this study,a total of 303 questionnaires were issued and 298 valid questionnaires were collected.Through the statistical analysis of the relevant data,the main factors influencing the satisfaction of SG employees were the improvement of their work,especially the salary and welfare.To enhance the SG employee satisfaction,employees should be from the pay and benefits,personal development opportunities and the development prospects of the unit and so on.The main countermeasures are:first,to strengthen communication and skills training,respect and play the role of each employee,people,only,make the best use.Second,improve the company’s competitiveness,improve the company’s management level,the establishment of more standardized rules and regulations.Third,to improve the wages and benefits of workers,the company in the talent competition in an invincible position. |
