Under the condition of modern market economy, employee stability is relative, the flow is absolutely.There exists serious personnel flow of private enterprises is very frequent, high employee turnoverphenomenon, seriously restricting the development of private enterprises. Many companies are stronglyaware that the competition for talent has become a hot modern corporation competition.To attract andretain talent, we must increase employee satisfaction, reduce turnover, cultivate their sense of belonging tothe enterprise, enhance the centripetal force of the enterprise employees, and realize the people-orientedmanagement. How to survey and evaluate the satisfaction, take what kind of effective management policiesto improve the employee satisfaction, will be the problem that company’s human resources departmentmust solve.The purpose of this study was to understand the current status of M company employee satisfaction,and to explore whether there are differences between the staff of different backgrounds on job satisfaction.Through the practice research and staff in M company to take the questionnaire to learn about the company,analyzing the data to understand M company employee job satisfaction. On this basis, research companyemployee satisfaction has significant difference in between different taxonomic groups.After the analysis of SPSS13.0, adopt the method of principal component analysis, and principalcomponents to extract (factor) of varimax orthogonal rotation, the29variables of employee satisfaction,questionnaire were condensed into10factor analysis. The employee satisfaction conclusion M generalaverage overall satisfaction degree is good, but presents the imbalance of larger: the working conditions,the enterprise image two is3.5-4.0, the highest level distribution; management ability, management system,communication and collaboration, participation and management, occupation development five between3.0-3.5; work support, intrinsic satisfaction, salary and welfare of three between2.5-3.0, the lowest leveldistribution. Research the company employee satisfaction results in significant differences betweendifferent taxonomic groups show different departments, different positions, different qualifications of thestaff in different factor satisfaction; but also those between taxonomic groups there is no difference, suchas different gender, different working time (years) differences in job satisfaction no significant.Finally, according to the different factors of the degree of satisfaction influence, put forward theimprovement proposal. First, continue to improve the salary and welfare system, improve the incentiveeffect of material. Actively carry out the salary and welfare of cognitive staff training; adjust the salarysystem, changing the structure of pay; rational use of various group resources, improve employee benefitssatisfaction.Second, establish a systematic training system, provide the good atmosphere of occupationdevelopment. Establish a systematic training system, the construction of learning organization; improve the working environment, to provide a good atmosphere of occupation development. Third, improve themanagement system, to enhance the effect of incentive spirit. Establishing bidirectional communicationplatform, make active employee participation in management; pay attention to emotional management,enhance their sense of belonging. Fourth, the quantitative evaluation system, to achieve full equality. Fairperformance appraisal and reward distribution system.
