Employee is a great fortune to a company. To develop better, company management team take care of employee satisfaction. As the economic development, employee satisfaction theory study also goes much further and deeper. More and more company start to pay more attention to the employee satisfaction and arrange survey regularly. But how to make the survey scientifically is a good question to company.We conduct an empirical research in SY Co. With refer to the large number of theory and literature, we figure out the main effect of employee satisfaction as below: Work environment, Team work, Work content, Company culture. According to the main effect, we design a questionnaire about the employee satisfaction and invite employee to answer the designed questions, after collecting all the data, we analysis the data deeply by excel tool. We total issue 292 copies to the employee and recover 248 valid copies. As the result shows:The employee satisfaction in SY Co. is better than the average in the same Group, but a little less than the best ones.The management team has to pay more attention to employee loyalty, as the analysis result shows the aspect is not very good.During the research, employee comment that there isn’t much more improvement with the research in the past, management team have to take actions to improve and feedback to employee if any term couldn’t be applied.With the analysis result, we give suggestions to improve the employee satisfaction in different aspects, including continuous developing company culture, employee relationship management, enhance the employee working enthusiasm, competitive salary and fair treatment and continuous better the work condition.
