Since China accedes to WTO, the domestic enterprises are confronted with fierce competition for talents. The administrator of the enterprises pay more and more attention to employee satisfaction. And the research on that becomes the key link of the human resource management.This article is based on the present situation and real condition, Zhengzhou YT company makes the sampling investigation on employee satisfaction. The guestionnare mainly focus on the judgment on working environment, administration of the enterprise, the job itself, the culture, emolument and welfare, play of the career and prospects of the enterprise. According to the basic data collected, through categorizing, summarizing and analyzing, the general evaluation will be achieved. After that, direct against the weak link and the section need improving, utilizing the related theory, considering the real condition of the company, the problem about the degree of satisfaction and the cause will be achieved. And then according to the administration of the company, the job itself, culture of the company, emolument and welfare an plan of the career, which has low degree of satisfaction, this article gives practical suggestions to improve employee satisfaction.This investigation has a clear aim and give appropriate, and according to the investigation analysis to put forward the right counterproposal, for each program which is less satisfacted with the staffs. It has the practicability and serviceability, and also draws on the experience of improving employee satisfaction.
