The competition of new times is the competition of strategy, and the competition of strategy is the competition of resource, what’s more, the determinants of resource competition is the human resource. Human resource is a kind of strategic resource, it is also the first strategic resource of an enterprise. The human resource is so important that it decides the success and failure of the organization strategy, and the management of strategic human resource is the first strategic management of an enterprise.This thesis takes the background of Yellow River Publishing&Media Co.,Ltd and tries to do the research of problems about the existence of human resource management of enterprise by using the theory of strategic human resource management. First of all, this thesis talked about the related theories of strategic human resource management. It is thought that human resource is the first resource of an enterprise and strategic human resource management is the support and assurance of the realization of the enterprise business strategy. Secondly, this thesis did the research of the inner and outer environment of the enterprise, it made a survey about the current situation of the human resource management and analyzed the development strategy of the enterprise. Based on these, the author designed an execute solution of strategic human resource of the enterprise by the method of combination of theory and practice as well as qualitative and quantitative through the four core functions of strategic human resource management which include human resource allocation, human resource development, human resource evaluation as well as human resource encouragement. The author also expected the results of the research,and. Security measures are put forward Through the implementation of strategic human resource management, so as to achieve the core competitiveness of enterprises to enhance the strategic goal of the enterprise, the successful implementation of the objective.
