In the field of cultural performance ticketing services, big companies compete intensely with each other while still have difficulty in monopolizing a large number of customer resources. Small ticket agencies suppressed by big companies heavily, growing slowly. The audience lack of a unified platform for ticket parity and ticket scalping seriously. The reason for this situation, on one hand, is the rapid expansion of the third-party ticket agents’ amount while both of their ticketing business and web systems still presented as an independent state. Third-party ticket agent is the first time of integration in ticketing services and the large quantities of ticket agents need a second time integration nowadays. On the other hand, audiences are difficult to build ticket services with agents because of lacking the unified portal which result in opaque and non-intuitive information exchange. To solve the problem of having difficult in building service relationship between the both sides of cultural performance industry, a new Fourth-Party Service Model based on Bilateral Integration of Resource is put forward. In this model, by providing a Fourth-Party Service Platform, a large number of audiences and third-party ticketing service providers can be brought together. On one hand, customer resources will be shared for all the third-party ticket agents. On the other hand, a unified portal for information and parity will be provided to the audiences. This paper mainly includes three aspects.(1) Definition of the Fourth-Party Service Model on cultural performance. Consist of the extraction of participants for fourth-party platform, the evolution from third-party model to the Fourth-Party Model, the comcepts and business requirement of the model which based on So Lo Mo, the collaborative process in fourth-party model which displayed as BPMN graph and service value interactive process which displayed as service value network.(2) The architecture design and implementation of the Fourth-Party Service Platform. Based on the business requirement, the Service-Oriented Architecture design of the platform is presented, including 5 layers: cloud layer, data layer, basic services layer, REST API layer, and application layer. Then the content and division basis of each layer are introduced. To solve the performance bottlenecks in various stages of the fourth-party platform, 4 kinds of architectures are proposed. Finally, this chapter introduces the implementation of the platform prototype system and develops an O2 O ticket delivery application based on Mobile Internet called ‘Kanke’ to show the technical access of fourth-party open platform.--(3) The performance recommendation in Fourth-Party Platform. Firstly, 3 different aspects of evaluation matrx construction in the platform are proposed. Next, the practice of performance recommendation in the environment of FouthParty Plartform that using collaborative filtering which based on Apache Mahout is introduced. Then the content based recommendation using Weka is carried out which can construct a decision tree model for personal preferences. The work in this paper is in response to the business model transformation of Zhangshang Services Ltd.
